NuriTrip Terms of Service
NuriTrip is a travel-planning service operated by Siriwong Wongthongserm (“NuriTrip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of NuriTrip, including the mobile app and any AI assistant you connect to your NuriTrip account.
By creating a NuriTrip account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use NuriTrip.
Your NuriTrip account
NuriTrip is for people 18 or older organizing travel. You need an account to store trips, and you sign in with an email address you control.
You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping access to that email address secure. Contact us at contact@nuritrip.com if you believe someone else is using your account.
Keep your sign-in to yourself. An account belongs to one person, and someone you plan with uses their own NuriTrip account and their own access to the shared trip.
Using NuriTrip with an AI assistant
You can connect NuriTrip to an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol. Connecting is your choice, you authorize it by signing in to NuriTrip, and you can disconnect it at any time from the assistant.
While a connection is active, the assistant can read and change the trips, itinerary items, and profile information your authorization covers. Treat an action you ask it to take as an action you took yourself.
The assistant is operated by whoever provides it, not by NuriTrip. Its own terms and privacy policy govern your conversation with it, and we do not control what it produces.
AI-assisted results can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything you rely on, particularly dates, times, prices, addresses, and booking requirements, against the provider that issued it.
Acceptable use
Do not use NuriTrip to:
- Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights
- Upload content you have no right to share, or personal information about someone else that you have no reason to hold
- Reach, or try to reach, another user’s account, trips, or data
- Probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or the infrastructure behind it
- Resell or redistribute NuriTrip, or use automated access to build a competing dataset
- Misrepresent who you are or your relationship with NuriTrip
We may limit or suspend access that puts the service, its users, or their data at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of the trips, itinerary items, notes, forwarded booking emails, and files you add to NuriTrip.
You give us permission to host, process, display, synchronize, and back up that content so the service can work for you. That includes processing it with the service providers named in the NuriTrip Privacy Policy and with an AI assistant you connect. The permission exists to run NuriTrip for you and ends when the content is deleted.
Content you add to a shared trip is available to the people invited to it, at their access level. Items and documents you add to someone else’s trip stay with that trip.
What NuriTrip does not do
NuriTrip organizes travel plans. It does not book travel, hold reservations, process payments, or act as a travel agent. Any booking, change, cancellation, or refund is between you and the provider you booked with.
Place details, opening hours, prices, and itinerary suggestions come from third-party sources or are generated automatically, and they can be incomplete or out of date.
NuriTrip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law that applies to you allows. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be waived.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Our backups exist to operate and restore the service, not as a personal archive.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a problem outside our control.
The mobile app keeps a copy of your itinerary on your device so you can read it offline. Changes sync when the device is online again.
Ending your use of NuriTrip
You can stop using NuriTrip at any time. Disconnect a connected assistant from that assistant, and close your account in the app under Account → Settings → Close account.
Closing your account logs you out and records your deletion request. The account-deletion page and the NuriTrip Privacy Policy describe what is deleted and what remains.
We may suspend or end access to an account that breaks these terms, creates a security or legal risk for NuriTrip or its users, or where we are required to. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
Acceptable use, your content, and what NuriTrip does not do continue to apply after an account ends.
Privacy
The NuriTrip Privacy Policy explains what information NuriTrip handles, why we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you. It forms part of your agreement with us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as NuriTrip changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the app or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use NuriTrip after an update means you accept the updated terms.
